I have always been aware of the benefit that touch can bring.
The relaxation that can take place when one skin comes into contact with another is incredibly simple.
Put your hands in the right place, with the right intention, and let it go. Massage or self-massage have always been part of me and I quickly shared it with those around me.
I am Mathilde, a well-being massage therapist, trained at the Miki School in Paris.
My passion: to massage, to relax, to lighten the body and the mind. I take you on your little cloud.
